Big Benny’s Board Rentals is a snowboard and ski rental shop dedicated to providing great customer service at the lowest prices on brands you know and trust. With passion for both sports, we can ensure that your day on the slopes will be a good one. Big Benny’s rents only the best skis and snowboard brands. We offer discounts for groups, kids, military, fire, and police. With over 30 years of experience in skiing, snowboarding, and rentals, we are passionate about what we do. We strive to provide the best gear at the lowest prices, with great customer service. Let us provide all your needs for your day on the slopes. We are just a quick stop off hwy 2 in the town of Wrightwood.
Return Policy:
Rental Equipment Returns: Rental equipment can be returned at any time during the rental period. Simply bring the equipment back to our physical location at 1238 Highway 2, Wrightwood, CA 92397, or arrange for a return shipment.
Purchased Equipment Returns: For purchased equipment, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy:
Rental Refunds: Refunds for rental equipment will be provided if the rental is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Purchase Refunds: Refunds for purchased equipment will be issued within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Rental Cancellations: If you need to cancel a rental reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Online Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an online order for equipment purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, you will need to follow our return policy for a refund.
Export Restrictions:
We ship to the USA only.

All transactions are in US dollars.
